Instead of candidates having to apply for job after job, companies reach out to candidates they feel would be the ideal fit in their team with interview requests that include upfront salary and role information. At Upward Spiral we believe it should be easy for you to find a job. Upward Spiral creates a simple process that lets the candidate be in control of the recruiting process. You can compare salary information, work environment, learning & training opportunities at different companies and make the best choice for your personal goals.

How to get involved?

It’s as simple as signing up to Upward Spiral. Upward Spiral isn’t for networking and by default we will hide your profile from companies until you (and us) are ready. Our team will review your profile after you sign up and get back to you within 48 hours. If you’re accepted, we’ll provide you with a talent advisor who will help you complete your profile and make any finishing touches before making the profile visible to companies. Once your profile is live, companies will be able to see your profile for 45 days. If a company is interested in you they will send you an interview request, which includes salary and role info. It’s entirely up to you if you choose to accept or decline the request. If you find a job through Upward Spiral, we’ll send you an epic pile of swag to say thanks for using the platform.
